  • Mapleton Garage, 1930's - Wrapped Canvas

The Mapleton Garage (where Peninsula Grill and Bad Dog Deli are currently located) was built by Harold Lardie and later owned and operated by Bill and Norma Rasmussen. Bill repaired equipment and sold Studebakers and tractors. Later, David Kroupa also ran the garage for several years.

In the late 1980s, my husband Tim was the last person to operate the garage, storing and restoring vintage European sports cars from the 1940s, 50s and 60s until the building was transformed into a store and later the restaurant and bar you see today. - Jane Boursaw

This wrapped, open-backed canvas is constructed with an artist-grade poly-cotton blend canvas around a hardwood frame and hand-stapled with care resulting in the tightest corners available.

It's printed with archival ink, with .75" sides. Printed on one side; back is open. Instillation is a snap with pre-installed hardware and hanging kit. We also love the "Damage Free Command" brand for hanging wall art - order here. To clean, wipe gently with a clean, damp cloth. Size is 20" x 36".

RETURNS & CHANGES: We cannot accept returns, or change shipping addresses, colors or sizes once an order has been placed. So before you check out, be sure everything is correct!
