Shipping & Returns is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it, and you will receive a full refund, if the following guidelines are met.

As our products are manufactured and shipped by third-party vendors, please refer to the packing slip in your package for the proper return address. Also note that if you order more than one item, you may receive multiple shipments.


We do our best to get your shipment out as quickly as possible. You should receive a shipping confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order. Your estimated delivery time takes effect once the order ships and you receive your confirmation email.


7-Day Return Policy: All returns, refunds, and exchanges are valid within seven days of delivery. Manufacturer defects, damaged, or incorrect items are exceptions and valid within 60 days. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with merchandise tags in place.

Items purchased with a credit or debit card are refunded to your original form of payment. 

Holiday Season Extension: For the gifting season, our returns, refunds, and exchange deadline is extended to January 15.

SHIPPING COSTS: Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

PROCESSING TIMES: Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days, after your credit has been applied, for it to post to your account.
