At the north end of the Old Mission Peninsula on the 45th parallel, Mission Point Lighthouse keeps watch over the bay. Its lamp first lit up in 1870 and went dark in 1933. But on October nights, when the wind comes off Grand Traverse Bay and the fog rolls over the point, some folks swear they can still see a flicker in the window, and perhaps a shadow of the ship that sank there in the 1860s.
We can't promise the old keeper has clocked out. But we can promise this tee is a treat. Our Halloween-poster design puts the lighthouse under a glowing orange sky, ready for spooky nights and haunted drives up M37.
